After-sales Service Commitment
1. Warranty services: After products being installed and tested well, from the date one year warranty. Free repair for products damage except artificial ones during warranty period. (Including travel expenses, maintenance and spare parts, cost to bear by supply-side)

2. Installation services: Supply-side will make products installed in the demand side, after debugging well, supply-side will leave with signature if needed.

3. Training services: Supply-side will send technical persons to help guide installation and commissioning. During trial operation period, we make sure the operators of our customers can operate our machine and make it run normally.

4. Maintenance services: For equipment failure, supply-side arrives at the scene at short notice from customes if with no special reasons, between 12 to 48 hours for domestic users, time for overseas users depends on the way between between two countries.

5. Lifelong services: We are looking forward to providing you with life-long service after warranty period, we offer a competitive price for easy-broken parts.

6. Certification services: We can offer test and management certifications according to customer needs if it is necessary.

7. Accessories services: complete accessories services will be offered in time during or after warranty period .

8. Factory inspection services: After products are finished, we can supply inspection services according to customer's needs, by notice the demand side to send person to check products in our factories at an earlier time, products will be delivered after being tested well.

9. Services for files: After the implementation of the contract, we will offer manuals for products and accessories, and related GMP authentication information about materials of equipment.
