1. Self-elevation boiler cover is used, and the material can be conveyed to the emulsification kettle in a vacuum condition.
2. The materials are heated by electric-heat tube, with optional heating temperature and automatic control.
3. Materials are cooled by cooling water and there is an insulation layer in the outside of the interlayer.
4. Homogenization mixing and blade mixing can be used separately or simultaneously.
5. The parts touching the material adopt high grade stainless steel.
